Ramz PDF Studio ("the tool") is a free, browser-based PDF toolkit. This page explains what data the tool does and does not handle, and the cookies it uses. It is written to be transparent rather than legalistic.
1. Your files never leave your device
Every PDF you open - for annotating, filling forms or summarizing - is read and processed entirely in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to any server and are not transmitted to us or to any third party. When you close the tab, the file is gone from memory.
2. Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the tool is used (for example which features are popular). This is loaded only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you reject, or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics cookie is set. The data collected is anonymous usage information such as pages viewed, approximate region, and device/browser type. We do not use advertising cookies or ad personalization.

4. Legal basis
Under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, the analytics cookie is set on the basis of your consent, which you give through the cookie banner. The strictly necessary local storage that remembers your choice does not require consent.
5. Your rights
Because the tool stores no personal account and does not receive your files, there is very little personal data to act on. You can at any time:
- Withdraw or change your analytics consent (see below).
- Clear the tool's local storage and cookies from your browser settings.
- Ask Google to handle your rights regarding analytics data - see Google's Privacy Policy and Analytics opt-out.
6. Change or withdraw your consent
You can reopen the cookie banner at any time and change your choice.
7. Third parties
The only third-party service is Google Analytics, provided by Google. No other trackers, advertising networks or social widgets are used. Some libraries (such as the PDF renderer) are bundled with the site and run locally in your browser without contacting external servers.
